AFRICAN DISHES
Sadza & Sausage Stew
Born in Zimbabwe, all my life this dish is what i grew up eating. Its very easy to do all you need is two ingredients mealie meal and water! You can use any meat as a side dish. On this occasion I used boerewors (sausages) which i cut into little pieces. Back home in Zimbabwe when we serve the dish we always put the stew on the side, but this time I wanted to try something different.
Eating sadza on its own taste plain, having greens or meat will give it a better taste. This is also a good source of carbohydrates.

Jollof Rice
Jollof Rice is a common dish in West Africa, particularly Nigeria and Ghana. This dish can be made in a lot of different ways, the main ingredient is rice. Whenever I make jollof rice I always like to make differently from the way i did before and I prefer it chilli, but this depends on your preference.
You can always mix it with any meat or vegetables.
