Lemon Water

Water on its own is a miracle, although sometimes it can be boring to drink because it tasteless. Adding Lemons to water will give it taste and not only that but it will help hydrate the body, digest and LOSE WEIGHT, YES! I said lose weight. How? IT BOOSTS YOUR METABOLISM! In addition you will need to eat well and exercise. If you want to lose weight, this can be your starting point. Every morning just take a full glass of warm water and add 2-3 slices of Lemon, leave it for about 3mins for the lemon juice to dissolve into the water and then drink it!

TIP: Left over lemon slices or skin that you have, dont always have to be thrown away in the bin. That can be used to garnish any sweet or savoury dishes.

Avocado & Chicken Breast Salad

The Avocado and Chicken Breast Salad is one of the best healthy dishes, containining tomatoes, rocket leaves, avocado, chicken breast and salad dressing to just add an extra sweet taste to it. The chicken is high in protein,  The rocket leaves contain Vitamins and Calcium. The tomatoes are high in dietary fibre and Vitamin A & C. A lot nutrients in one go and less calories. 

TIP: Do no let the avocado stay overnight because it will spoil the salad, eat it as soon as you make it while its fresh because it will lose its flavour profile.

Blueberrie Yoghurt, Jam &   Chocolate Crumbs

Yoghurt is high in protein and calcium. Another source of milk intake, because it is milk - fermented. Very low in fat and like all fruits, blueberries are high in Vitamin. If you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle or living one already, yoghurt with blueberries is one of the best source of calcium intake. It lowers blood pressure and it also contains dietary fibre which is an important factor in weight loss. 

TIP: You can top yoghurt and blueberries with some jam and chocolate crumbs to give it a sweet taste! You can also use yoghurt to marinate your food, use it in place of heavy cream
