Lasagne with Mint Leaves
One of the best casserole dishes that everyone loves. The Classic lasagne with Mint Leaves. It can be time consuming but you are guaranteed the best results, giving you that juicy flavour. I always add a little so something to the food that i make and i try my best to balance it, making sure that a dish contains most of the nutrients. This time i added mixed vegetables to my dish. So here the goes the recipe:

Mince Meat
Onions

Mixed Vegetables
Garlic
Dried Oregano
Mint Leaves
Parsley
Pepper
Tomatoes & Tomatoe Puree
Dolmino White Sauce
Grated Cheese
Lasagne Sheets
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add cooking oil to your pot, when the oil is a bit hot add your chopped onions and garlic, keep stirring until cooked to your desire and then add your mince meat and keep stirring until golden brown.
2. Boil your lasagne sheets or soak them in hot water and Steam your mixed vegetables. Set them aside.
3. Season your mince meat with salt, pepper, chopped mint leaves and dried oregano. When the spicies are properly mixed in, add your tomatoes and tomatoe puree and mix. Stirr for a few minutes, add parsley and let the whole mixture simmer on low heat.
4. Take your casserole dish and lay your lasagne sheets and pour half of your mince meat and add half of your white sauce. Repeat the same step again by layering some of your lasagne sheets and then pour the rest of the mince meat mixture, white sauce and add your last layer of lasagne sheets. Top it with grated cheese and put some of your mint leaves on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 - 25mins.
