Rice and Chicken Tikka

Hie there! Thanks for checking my blog post. Here is a recipe on Rice and Chicken Tikka

A very easy dish to do, something you can put together in about 30mins or even less! An Indian dish with a little mix of my own aha. I'm sure you all know how to make rice, just boil it! Or even buy ready made rice if you dont have time. Ok....on with the recipe:

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast

Spring Onions

Garlic Red and Green

Pepper

Tomatoes

Coconut Milk

Dried Parsley

Chicken Tikka Paste

Curry Powder

Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil your rice and set it on the side, personally i always use basmati rice because it comes out as small grains even after boiling which I think is a good thing.

  2. Put about one tablespoon of cooking oil and whip in your diced chicken breast until golden brown and then add your cut spring onion, garlic and peppers and after they have cooked for about 3mins or less add your tomatoes and your spices (parsley, curry powder and black pepper.

  3. Lastly add your chicken tikka paste and then coconut milk and leave it to simmer on low heat for about 5-10mins.
