Fried Plantain
Plantain looks just like a banana but its quite different, the texture is different from the banana that you get from a supermarkert. Its very firm. They've got a sweet taste to them. This all depends on how you make them. I prefer deep frying them rather than baking them. Here is the recipe for deep fried plantain.

INGREDIENTS:
Ripe Plantain
Cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take a pan and pour about 50ml of cooking oil and the oil up on high heat.
2. While your cooking oil is heating up, remove the skin and cut your plantain into thin slices. Deep fry it in the oil until golden brown and then do the same for the other side.
3. Serve!
