Ahh whats life without cheese. Here is a twist to the normal and everyday pasta that we always have.
INGREDIENTS:

Pasta
Mixed Vegetables
Grated Cheese
Coriander
Mince Meat
Tomatoes
Tomatoe Puree
Spring Onion
Peppers
Chilli Powder
Tumeric
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Boil your Pasta and set it on the side. Steam your mixed vegetables and put them on the side aswell.
2. In a pan, pour a full tablespoon of cooking oil and add your chopped spring onions and peppers and fry until tender
3. Add your mince meat and keep stirring until golden brown, add your tomatoes and tomatoe puree and continue mixing.
4. When the mince meat and tomatoes have cooked add your tumeric and chilli powder and then your mixed vegetables and leave to simmer for about 2 minutes
5. In a casserole dish mix your ready cooked pasta and the mince meat mixture until everything has mixed it. Sprinkle your grated cheese on top and add your coriander on top of the cheese
6. Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 mins at 190 degrees and Serve!
