The Ultimate Roast Chicken
Hello there Chicken lover! I have to say everyone loves chicken, especially when its juicy!. Here is a recipe on how i cook my whole chicken. The good thing about this recipe is that, during special occassions it is the go to dish. From Christmas to Easter you can never go wrong with chicken. INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes

Onions
Garlic
Spices (Paprika, Parsley, Chicken Seasoning, Pepper, Curry Powder)
Whole Chicken
Cooking Oil
Lemon/Lemon Juice
Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Roughly chop your onions and garlic. Skin your potatoes and cut them in half.
2. Take a bowl and a 1/4 cup of water and put your onions, garlic and potatoes and leave on the side.
3. Take another small bowl, add all your spices and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and a bit of lemon juice.
4. Rub some of the Lemon/Lemon Juice on the chicken and marinate your chicken with the spices you have mixed together, dont forget to marinate the inside of the chicken aswell.
5. Put your chicken into your tray and add the potatoe mixture. Sprinkle your lemon juice on top of everything in the tray and put in the oven to cook for 40 - 50mins at 200 degrees.
6. Serve your Chicken and use the potatoe juice as your gravy. Enjoy!
