Sweet Chilli Stir Fry

If you have been following me for a while you will know how much i like mixing my food, adding almost everything, trying to get all the nutrients in one go!. I know it sounds crazy but oh well thats just how i like my food. So here is a recipe on how i make my stir fry. This is one of the easiest recipe to do, especially if you a busy mum or a student and you know you dont have the time to cook from scratch. So this is what you will need
INGREDIENTS:

Noodles
Mince Meat
Red Pepper
Peas
Red Chilli
Spring Onion
Carrots
Soy Sauce
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Chestnut Mushroom
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour a reasonable amount of cooking oil and fry your red pepper, chilli and add your mince meat. Continue frying until the mince meat is brown.
2. Add your mushrooms, peas and carrots to the mince meat and keep frying, add about a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of sweet chill sauce and leave to simmer for 2mins.
3. Lastly add your noodles and keep mixing for about 2mins and then leave to simmer for about 3mins on low heat.
4. Serve the stir fry on a plate and sprinkle some spring onion on top and some sweet chilli sauce and Enjoy!
